Concord Classic

Our clients located in Concord Sydney were wanting to build a new home from scratch. After hunting for land and having no luck with the right fit, they called upon Studio Trio to look at re-working their current home that they had built in the early 2000's. This current home had great bones, it is in a fantastic location, just 5mins walking distance to the main street in Concord. The existing home was of a neat appearance but needed some much needed wow factor injected. Our clients are lovers of a classic interior but wanted colour and practicality. Studio Trio were engaged to re-design the interiors, moving around internal spaces, flipping the kitchen to face the backyard, creating a bar and entertaining area, creating a pretty powder room, a new scullery with platter racks, new laundry and each space was thought about to best tackle our clients wish list. Complete planning took place, full specification services, tendering, procurement, management, organising the perfect builder and trades. New features were added to the exterior with a new addition of a cabana. An external verandah was closed to increase the internal footprint of the living space. The pool and garden walls were all face lifted in sandstone rock cladding, new glass balustrade and re lining of the pool. The project took 9 months overall with completion of a full decorating service to all areas to enhance the spaces.
