The Treehouse. 1960's, Primary Colours, Funky and Fun
Existing clients of Studio Trio, Oliver and Chris purchased this 1968 home 10 years ago in which a smaller renovation was carried out. Overtime the family has grown from 1 child to 3 and therefore the house needed more room. They decided to add another level to the home and engage an architect to take them to DA. From there Studio Trio was engaged to completely renovate the interior and exterior to its full 1968 potential. The home's footprint has a complex layout of angled walls and interesting areas to work within. The entire home was redesigned to utilise clever space and interesting form. The colours and materials reflect the 60's but also a modern interpretation. Our clients are both doctors with high level jobs, so colour and fun is needed to come home to everyday.
